Role Overview
We are looking for a Operations Executive to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of programs and initiatives. The role involves working closely with partners, managing participant engagement, and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of diverse programs and initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and partnerships for smooth delivery.
Handle participant communication, registration, and feedback collection.
Collaborate with internal teams on content, outreach, and promotions.
Maintain program records and track performance metrics.
Research new opportunities for engagement and growth.
Provide on-ground or virtual support during program execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
Prior experience or internships in events, coordination, or community programs is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for creating experiences and engaging with people.
Adaptability to work in a startup environment with evolving responsibilities.
