About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual who is excited to build and grow with an early-stage startup. This role is ideal for someone who believes in sustainable innovation, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to be part of a core founding team rather than a traditional job structure.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build brand visibility.
• Handle social media management, content creation, campaign planning, and community engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to shape marketing direction, branding, and communication style.
• Support product launches, outreach programs, and partnership-driven marketing.
• Collect customer insights and convert them into actionable marketing improvements.
• Contribute to growth experiments and early customer acquisition activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone excited about the startup environment and ready to take ownership.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table.
• Comfortable taking on multi-functional marketing tasks.

Compensation Structure

This is not a fixed-salary role.

Compensation will be discussed individually and may include:
