Role Overview

As a Marketing Associate at Zemyst, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, engage our target audience, and support business growth. You will work closely with the leadership and creative teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure alignment with our mission of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns (digital + offline).

Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, sustainability-focused content.

Support branding activities, PR initiatives, and partnership campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Assist in creating pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Track and analyze campaign performance, generating reports for optimization.

Contribute ideas for innovative campaigns, workshops, and events.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.

0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills are welcome).

Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.

Creative thinker with knowledge of digital marketing trends.

Proficiency in social media management and basic design tools (Canva, etc.).

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Passion for sustainability and impact-driven work.
