Role Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Associate to drive end-to-end marketing activities—from content creation and digital campaigns to brand communication and market research. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow across multiple marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Support in planning and executing marketing and brand awareness campaigns
• Contribute to newsletters, blogs, presentations, and other marketing collateral
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign ideation and execution
• Track marketing performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or full-time roles)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for content and storytelling
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills
