Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned duties.


Data Management:

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for process improvement.


Process Coordination:

  • Support the team in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Inventory and Resource Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required.


Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.
  • Generate and present reports on operational metrics to management.


Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  2. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
