Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and process-driven Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, production, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in packing of food items or FMCG products, along with strong team-handling, supervision, and process management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production and packaging activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Supervise and guide the operations team on day-to-day tasks, ensuring productivity and adherence to timelines.
• Implement and monitor process-driven systems to streamline operations and reduce wastage.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch coordination, and material handling.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports related to production, packaging, and inventory.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements for higher efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in FMCG / food production or packaging operations.
• Proven experience in team handling and warehouse supervision.
• Strong understanding of production processes, inventory systems, and workflow management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality protocols in food/FMCG handling.
