The Sr. Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing a network of semiconductor and ESDM-focused startup incubators, particularly in collaboration with State Governments, Central Govt Schemes and technology clusters. The role demands strong strategic vision, multi stakeholder coordinations, operational execution, and ecosystem engagement to foster India’s next generation of semiconductor, hardware, and deep-tech entrepreneurs with product Creations and IP development perspectives. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Incubation Strategy Develop and manage IESA’s hub-and-spoke incubation network based on the Electropreneur Park and SFAL models. Key Responsibilities: Short-Term Programmes Lead IESA’s Campus Connect initiative, a strategic engagement with engineering institutions to raise awareness about semiconductor and electronics careers, inspire innovation, and identify talent early. Work closely with SEMI Global team to roll out the SEMI’s platform’s and Workforce development initiatives and training programs in India. Prioritise manufacturing Job related skilling programs.
