Job Description

Job Overview:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day
packing and processing operations
for finished chemical products.
Ensure all products are packed as per
SOPs, specifications, and quality standards
.
Coordinate with the production team to plan daily output and dispatch schedules.
Monitor
dispatch activities
, ensuring timely and accurate shipment to customers.
Maintain proper documentation, including batch records, packing reports, and dispatch logs.
Ensure compliance with
safety guidelines
, GMP practices, and regulatory norms.
Collaborate with QA/QC, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage manpower allocation and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Sc. (Chemistry or any Science stream)
is mandatory.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing
, specifically in
packing and processing operations
.
Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, safety protocols, and chemical handling practices.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of
packing, processing, and dispatch operations
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain documentation accurately.
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in chemical plants.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
