About the Role

Operations Executive

You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing, shipment tracking, return management, and coordination across teams and courier partners—ultimately contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Manifesting

• Process and manifest daily orders from our website and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit, Nykaa, etc.).
• Ensure order details such as SKUs, quantities, and packaging specifications are accurately updated.

Shipment Coordination & Tracking

• Track all shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, exceptions, and issue resolution.
• Maintain daily logs of dispatches, delivery timelines, and shipment statuses.

Returns & RTO (Return to Origin) Management

• Monitor and manage returns and RTOs.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to process exchanges, refunds, or reshipments.
• Identify patterns in returns and report recurring issues to the Operations Manager.

Inventory & System Updates

• Support accurate inventory tracking across platforms.
• Flag discrepancies and low stock to relevant teams.
• Maintain records and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.

Customer Experience Support

• Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Proactively communicate order status updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn mindset.
