Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our Supply Chain department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the supply chain department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all operational activities within the supply chain department

- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to senior management

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain or operations role

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
