Accounting Duties: Maintain financial records and data entry of daily transactions. Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports Support the preparation of monthly financial statements. Coordinate with management for accounting-related documentation. HR & Administrative Duties: Handle recruitment-related tasks (job postings, scheduling interviews, etc.). Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases. Support onboarding of new employees and maintain HR documentation. Communicate effectively with team members and clients through WhatsApp and email. Manage customer queries, guide them with proper information, and organize appointments.
