Position: Office Assistant Location: Bengaluru Qualification: B.Com Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with the right skills may apply) Key Responsibilities Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), including renewals and maintenance Handle basic accounting tasks such as voucher entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management Coordinate and visit government departments (GST, Professional Tax, and other statutory offices) for filing, submissions, or clarifications Assist in preparation of simple TDS/GST returns or compliance-related documents under guidance Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office, including handling correspondence and follow-ups Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory Good understanding of basic accounting and government compliance procedures Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written) Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer usage Desired Attributes Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently Good interpersonal and communication skills for departmental interactions Eagerness to learn
