Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and enhance our daily business operations. This role involves managing workflows, coordinating with multiple departments, overseeing logistics, and contributing to operational efficiency. We prefer candidates based near Thiruvalla, as this will help streamline commute and ensure seamless integration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Provide accurate updates on shipment status, delivery timelines, and order issues.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to resolve any customer complaints or delays.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and reported issues.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolutions.

Operational Activities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including packing, labeling, and sorting products.
• Ensure accuracy in the order picking, packing, and dispatching processes.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the packing and sorting areas.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all items are packed according to company standards.
• Regularly update inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Support inbound and outbound stock handling, including necessary documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and customer support.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the operations field.
