Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth backend operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory, handle product listings, and oversee billing processes to ensure seamless business flow. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process Purchase Orders (POs) received from multiple e-commerce platforms. Update and maintain inventory records on Unicommerce to ensure stock accuracy. Create and manage new product listings on Unicommerce and Easyecom, ensuring correct SKUs, pricing, and details are uploaded. Handle E-Way bill generation and invoicing for all relevant transactions. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) for smooth order fulfillment. Maintain documentation and provide reports on POs, inventory status, and invoicing. Troubleshoot operational issues related to listings, inventory mismatches, or billing discrepancies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce management (preferred). Hands-on experience with Unicommerce or similar OMS/WMS tools. Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and e-way bill processes. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data management. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask. Prior experience in a D2C or e-commerce startup is a plus.
