Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align operational goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and support company growth. • Process Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reshape organizational structures, and streamline workflows for improved productivity. • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation; recommend solutions to improve profitability. • Compliance & Governance: Ensure operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with department heads and staff to resolve issues, manage projects, and drive operational excellence. • Customer & Vendor Relations: Oversee customer support processes, maintain relationships with partners and suppliers, and organize initiatives to enhance satisfaction. • Performance Management: Conduct staff reviews, develop performance metrics, and implement reporting systems. • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate operational risks, conduct regular audits, and ensure business continuity. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role. • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management and operational tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Advanced degree or certifications in business operations or management. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
