15 years full time educationSummary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high service standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve service delivery. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and service management. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics. - Ability to analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
