Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and secure competitive pricing from agents and service providers
  • Negotiate rates and terms to deliver cost-effective solutions
  • Prepare and submit accurate customer quotations within set timelines
  • Follow up on submitted quotes and manage customer feedback
  • Maintain and update pricing, customer data, and records in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader operations team as needed

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or coordination role (preferred)

· Strong negotiation and communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational and time management abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools

· Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
