Role Description

This is a full-time Operations Coordinator role located on-site in Mumbai with Crest Ventures Limited. We are seeking a proactive and self-driven professional to work directly with the Executive Team. Expectations are to take ownership of tasks, conduct research and analysis, seamlessly coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders. It is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to the full spectrum of real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Operations Management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Knowledge of construction/real estate is preferred
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or project management (real estate/development exposure preferred).
