About Us

Make.Inc is a design-driven architecture and branding studio based in Kochi. We specialize in creating innovative, thoughtful, and timeless design solutions across architecture, interiors, and brand experiences.

Now, we’re looking for someone to keep our office systems sharp and our projects running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Keep all project trackers (Excel / Notion / Google Drive) updated
• Support the team with smooth workflows & office systems
• Follow up with clients for payments
• Manage documents (receipts, invoices, HR files, etc.)
• Coordinate tasks between project teams, accounts & leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in admin/ops/coordination (freshers with high skills also welcome)
• Great with Excel / Google Sheets (Notion is a bonus!)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Good communicator (English & Malayalam)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, creative office
