Company Description Dwarkadhish Overseas is an emerging consulting firm building its foundation in exports, international trade, taxation, web solutions, and corporate compliance. Our services include Web Development, IGST, Export Management, Ro DTEP, MCA & Audit, Internal Audit of Exports, Subsidy Advisory, ESOP & Certificate Management, and more. This is the initiation stage — meaning you will be part of the core team from the ground up, with unlimited scope to learn, contribute, and grow. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Operations & Consulting Intern. The intern will assist in day-to-day operations, support client projects, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth business operations. You will gain hands-on experience in export management, compliance, audits, and subsidy advisory while developing professional and analytical skills. Qualifications ·      Strong organizational and time management skills ·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·      Analytical mindset with attention to detail ·      Pursuing or completed degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Management, or a related field Required Skillset ·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace ·      Ability to handle documentation, data management, and reporting efficiently ·      Basic understanding of export processes, compliance, and taxation is a plus ·      Research and analytical skills for preparing reports and presentations ·      Team player with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently ·      Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Roles & Responsibilities ·      Assist in daily operations including data entry, documentation, and client project support ·      Work closely with seniors on export incentives, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and audits ·      Support in research & analysis for client projects, presentations, and reports ·      Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to ensure client deliverables are aligned ·      Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive projects independently with guidance What You’ll Gain ·      Hands-on experience in operations and consulting for international business ·      Exposure to core business processes including compliance, audits, and export management ·      Opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and core team members ·      Professional development and growth in a dynamic consulting environment
