Job Summary

Associate – Operations

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operational tasks and workflows
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of operations
Track and maintain operational data, reports, and documentation
Support process improvements and help identify operational gaps
Assist in vendor coordination, follow-ups, and basic negotiations if required
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and service quality
Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Support management with reports, dashboards, and MIS as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of operational processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies
Knowledge of process improvement tools or SOP documentation
Familiarity with CRM or internal management tools
