Operations Associate

Attendance & Academic Tracking

• Maintain detailed attendance trackers across PG programs.
• Track automated dashboards to monitor class participation, session logs, and term-wise attendance.
• Ensure seamless communication via the communication channels

Classroom Operations

• Ensuring that every class or session runs like a well-directed play- faculty, guest speakers, AV, room setups, all sorted.
• Being the go-to person for managing academic calendars, grading processes, and report cards (yes, they still exist).
• Helping design and execute academic and co-curricular events- from speaker series to workshops to pitch days.

Operational and Student Support

• Collaborate with the Program Operations team to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Handling student queries like a pro, and working with the team to make sure responses are clear, helpful, and timely.
• Support reporting for leadership and other stakeholders.
• Managing communications and coordination with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
