Role Description

This is a in-office role for a Operations Associate. You will be responsible for assisting with daily operational tasks, supporting project management activities. You will also be involved in analyzing data and improving communication channels within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  daily operations

  , including order management, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate between

  vendors, printing units, and logistics partners

  to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track and manage

  production workflows

  , maintaining complete visibility on every active order.
• Ensure

  quality checks and dispatch accuracy

  for all outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and manage

  operational reports, tracking sheets, and performance dashboards

• Assist in developing and improving

  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

  for smoother scaling.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for

  client updates and operational feedback loops

• Handle

  inventory tracking

  and ensure replenishment planning as needed.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A clear understanding of

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn:

• Google Sheets / Excel
