Role Description

This is a in-office internship role for a Management Intern - Operations. The intern will be responsible for assisting with daily operational tasks, supporting project management activities. The intern will also be involved in analyzing data and improving communication channels within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage production operations to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Track deliveries, manage logistics, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Assist in quality checks and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Maintain operational reports and ensure all records are updated.
• Support the management team in day-to-day operational planning and execution.

Internship Structure:

• Probation Period: 1 month (initial performance review).
• 3 months initial internship.
• Extendable to 6 months based on performance.
• Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): High-performing interns will be offered a full-time role with an increment at the end of 6 months.
