Job Description

About the Role:

Unreconciled is seeking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to support our leadership team with a blend of Personal Assistant duties and Office Management responsibilities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking ability, and a problem-solving mindset. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and assisting senior executives in their day-to-day administrative and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities: Executive / Personal Assistant Duties (50%)

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for senior executives
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the leadership team
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.


Office Management Duties (50%)

  • Act as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests
  • Maintain records, manage documentation, and oversee filing systems
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Liaise between departments to ensure seamless coordination


Required Skills & Experience:


Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar administrative, operations, or PA role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in experience with tools like Google Workspace
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Preferred:

  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Event planning or coordination experience 
  • Strong attention to detail with a knack for anticipating needs before they arise
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm and solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience managing third-party vendors or service contracts
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and facility operations best practices

    12:30 PM - 10:00 PM IST (aligns with global clients)

    Ahmedabad office (in-person role)
