Operations Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day business functions and help streamline our internal operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects and supporting various teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational tasks across departments.

● Manage project timelines, monitor deliverables, and maintain documentation.

● Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Social Media, Public Relations, Business Development) to ensure operational alignment.

● Analyze processes and recommend improvements for greater efficiency.

● Maintain vendor and client communication records, contracts, and invoices.

● Support administrative duties such as preparing reports, and maintaining trackers.

● Help implement and manage digital tools or software for workflow automation.

● Prepare SOPs and training documents for recurring processes.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

● 6 months to 1 year of experience in an operations, coordination, or project support role (freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply).

● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools

● Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in a startup or marketing agency environment.

● Experience in creating impactful decks and presentations.

● Knowledge of business process optimization.
