Operations Assistant

Hi there!

We are looking for an Operations Assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience, who has experience in the Logistics Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage shipping labels

  across multiple courier partner portals

• Ensure accuracy of shipment data

  such as consignee details, package weight, dimensions, and destination before label creation.

• Update internal shipment trackers

  with label details, tracking IDs, and status updates.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams

  to ensure timely handover of shipments.

• Verify pickup schedules

  and follow up with courier partners in case of delays or discrepancies.

• Maintain records of daily bookings and manifests

  for reporting and reconciliation.

• Identify and resolve booking errors

  or duplicate label issues quickly.

• Assist the operations manager

  in daily dispatch planning and documentation.

Required Skills and Tools

Proficiency in:

• Courier portals:
• Office tools: Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
• Communication tools: Email, WhatsApp Web, Slack
• Document management: Google Drive / Dropbox
• Basic familiarity with CRM or order management tools (Like Zoho) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant diploma in logistics, commerce, or operations.

• Experience:

  1–3 years in logistics operations, courier coordination, or shipping label generation.

• Language Proficiency:

  Excellent English (written and spoken); Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus.

• Technical:

  Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple online systems simultaneously.
