Hi there! We are looking for an Operations Assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience, who has experience in the Logistics Industry. Key Responsibilities Create and manage shipping labels across multiple courier partner portals Ensure accuracy of shipment data such as consignee details, package weight, dimensions, and destination before label creation. Update internal shipment trackers with label details, tracking IDs, and status updates. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely handover of shipments. Verify pickup schedules and follow up with courier partners in case of delays or discrepancies. Maintain records of daily bookings and manifests for reporting and reconciliation. Identify and resolve booking errors or duplicate label issues quickly. Assist the operations manager in daily dispatch planning and documentation. Required Skills and Tools Proficiency in: Courier portals: Office tools: Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory) Communication tools: Email, WhatsApp Web, Slack Document management: Google Drive / Dropbox Basic familiarity with CRM or order management tools (Like Zoho) is a plus. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant diploma in logistics, commerce, or operations. Experience: 1–3 years in logistics operations, courier coordination, or shipping label generation. Language Proficiency: Excellent English (written and spoken); Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus. Technical: Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple online systems simultaneously. Key Attributes High attention to detail and accuracy.
