Responsibilities Work closely with the Chief of Marketing to support marketing operations, strategy development, market research, and team coordination. Manage and oversee marketing materials, promotional merchandise, and print media for the organization. Take ownership of creative initiatives, including photoshoots and videography for hospital activities, and develop engaging content for websites, email campaigns, and blogs. Plan and maintain writing schedules to ensure timely completion of content projects. Generate creative ideas and content aligned with the organization’s mission, using industry best practices. Collaborate with marketing agencies and external partners such as radio stations, newspapers, and news channels to deliver high-quality marketing outputs. Demonstrate strong understanding of digital advertising and product promotion, with the ability to guide and educate team members About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Design, or Communication. 1.5–2 years of proven experience in a marketing role. Strong track record of success in a similar capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about working in the healthcare sector.
