                                Role Overview: We are seeking a smart, curious, and detail-driven Operations Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the correct stock is placed in the appropriate location at the right time within our global network. As part of a lean and fast-moving operations team at the core of One Retail Group, you will be responsible for balancing stock flow, data accuracy, logistics performance, and commercial outcomes. Your role goes beyond merely moving boxes; it involves making intelligent, data-driven decisions to ensure the efficiency and profitability of our international supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Stock Management & Replenishment:   - Manage stock movement across multiple regions to ensure timely product availability.   - Assist in replenishment planning to sustain sales momentum and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.   - Collaborate with China and UK teams to coordinate shipments and maintain a smooth flow of goods.  - Data Management & Analysis:   - Analyze sales, stock, and logistics data to recognize trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.   - Develop and maintain precise reports and dashboards to facilitate business decisions.   - Provide insights that guide buying, forecasting, and operational strategies.  - Logistics & Partner Coordination:   - Engage closely with logistics and freight partners to uphold agreed service levels.   - Monitor and reconcile freight costs and invoices for accuracy and competitiveness.   - Assist in identifying and onboarding new logistics partners as the business expands.  - Continuous Improvement:   - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operational processes.   - Support new logistics network setups, integrate new 3PL partners, and drive process automation initiatives.   - Establish and document best practices for scaling operations across regions.  - Forecasting & Planning:   - Aid in stock forecasting by evaluating sales trends, seasonal patterns, and promotional activities.   - Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to align forecast accuracy with supplier lead times.  - Cross-Functional Support:   - Collaborate with commercial, finance, and purchasing teams to deliver precise and timely operational data.   - Create and distribute easy-to-understand reports to guide strategic decision-making.
