Manage stock movement across multiple regions, ensuring products are always in the right place at the right time.
Support our replenishment planning to maintain sales momentum and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Partner with our China and UK teams to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth flow of goods through our network.

Data Management & Analysis:

Analyse sales, stock, and logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Provide insights that inform buying, forecasting, and operational strategy.

Logistics & Partner Coordination:

Work closely with logistics and freight partners, ensuring they deliver to agreed service levels.
Track and reconcile freight costs and invoices, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Help identify and onboard new logistics partners as the business expands.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and speed up operational processes.
Support new logistics network setups, new 3PL integrations, and process automation initiatives.
Develop and document best practices as we scale our operations across regions.

Forecasting & Planning:

Assist in stock forecasting by assessing sales trends, seasonal patterns, and promotional activity.
Support purchasing and operations teams in aligning forecast accuracy with supplier lead times.

Cross-Functional Support:

Partner with commercial, finance, and purchasing teams to provide accurate, timely operational data.
Create and share digestible reports that inform strategic decision-making.
