Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in document verification, with a strong background in BFSI operations. Roles and Responsibility Analyze and verify documents for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control. Identify and mitigate risks associated with document verification processes. Provide training and support to junior team members. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI operations and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with document verification software and systems.
