Operations Analyst

About The Role:

Allter is looking for a sharp and driven Founder’s Office – Analyst to work directly with the founders on strategy, operations, planning, and business performance. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analyzing data, and driving key initiatives across the organization.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage daily schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and reminders
• Prepare reports, trackers, sheets, and presentations using

  Excel & Google Sheets

• Analyze business performance and build dashboards, reports, and insights
• Support founders with strategy, planning, forecasting, and research
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and category insights
• Assist with investor decks, fundraising documentation, and business metrics
• Create SOPs, workflows, and help streamline operations
• Lead special projects and ensure timely execution of priority tasks

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in Founder’s Office, Business Analyst, Strategy, or Operations
• Strong command over

  Excel/Google Sheets

  and data analysis
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high ownership
• Startup/D2C experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude

Good to Have

• Experience in D2C, startups, or fast-growing companies
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Notion, or project management tools
• Ability to draft emails, SOPs, and reports professionally
