Roles and Responsibilities

· Proposal Drafting and proposal designing for CSR projects and EOIs, RFPs and Tenders

• Project management and handling back office operations

· Managing skill development projects & complete documentation on respective portals

• Maintaining Relationship with Corporates and Government Departments

· Engage with Sector Skill Councils and Government Departments

· Monitoring of project as per Project Guidelines

· Track daily, weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports

· Develop and communicate periodical progress reports for internal and external stakeholders

· Co-ordination with Training Centres for smooth implementation of Project

· Due Diligence of centres and centre documentation

Required Candidate profile

• Having an experience of more than 3 Years in back office operations / Proposal drafting / CSR operations in the field of Skill Development / CSR Projects
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders

Salary Package – Rs. 4 to 6 Lacs P.A.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
