Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Electrician Trainer with a strong background in electrical field. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–4 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 1 year in training or teaching roles, preferably in the electrical sector. This role involves training experienced youth and professionals as part of government or private skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver classroom and practical training on electrical systems, wiring, equipment installation, safety procedures, and maintenance.

· Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments as per the course curriculum (e.g., MES/NCVT/SSC).

· Conduct assessments and maintain records of trainee progress.

· Ensure adherence to safety norms and demonstrate best practices during practical sessions.

· Guide trainees in hands-on projects and real-life simulation exercises.

· Provide career guidance and motivation to electrician.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and the training lab in proper working condition.

· Submit timely reports related to training progress, attendance, and assessments.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification (Any of the following):

· ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade (higher qualifications preferred).

· Minimum 3 years of industry experience in electrical installation and maintenance.

· Prior experience as a trainer or instructor is an advantage.

· Certification in Training of Trainers (ToT) under NSDC/SSC is preferred (if applicable).

· Familiarity with safety standards and government skilling schemes (PMKVY, NULM, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong subject knowledge in electrical field like electrical wiring, load calculations, and troubleshooting, etc

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work with youth from diverse backgrounds.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, online reporting tools).

· Commitment to quality and discipline.

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and experience.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 days

Pay: ₹10,765.38 - ₹12,000.00 per month
