Job Profile: Trainer – Front Office Executive Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer for Front Office Executive job role to train underprivileged youth under our skill development initiative. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and ensuring candidates are job-ready and prepared for assessment and placement. Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions on Front Office Executive curriculum as per Sector Skill Council (SSC) / NSDC standards. Train students in customer handling, communication skills, telephone etiquette, hospitality basics, soft skills, grooming, and workplace behavior. Use interactive and activity-based training methods to make learning engaging for underprivileged youth. Prepare training schedules, lesson plans, and maintain training records. Support students in mock interviews, role plays, and assessment preparation. Provide career guidance and mentorship to students. Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth batch operations and reporting. Ensure 100% adherence to assessment and certification requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration (preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience in Front Office / Customer Service / Hospitality sector. Prior experience in training / teaching is highly desirable. Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Ability to engage and motivate underprivileged youth. Patience, empathy, and passion for social impact through skill development. Familiarity with SSC/NSDC assessment framework is an advantage.
