Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food Processing Trainer with a strong background in Food Technology or Food Engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–4 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 1 year in training or teaching roles, preferably in the food processing sector. This role involves training youth and professionals as part of government or private skill development programs in MP and Bihar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on food processing techniques, hygiene, quality control, machinery handling, and packaging.
• Develop and deliver training content as per NSQF / SSC or project curriculum standards.
• Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance, assessments, and progress reports for batches.
• Ensure hands-on training and field exposure where applicable.
• Stay updated with current trends, government schemes, and innovations in food processing.
• Coordinate with project teams and local stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards during sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:Qualification (Any of the following):

• B.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Processing
• B.Tech / B.E. in Food Technology / Food Engineering
• M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E. in Food Technology / Food Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in food processing industry or sector.
• At least 1 year of experience in training or teaching food processing-related subjects.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and quality norms.
• Local language proficiency (Hindi and regional dialects of MP/Bihar).
• Willingness to travel locally for training and mobilization.
• Digital proficiency for report submission and online session delivery.

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and experience.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
