Operation Manager

• Manage and supervise daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Ensure all departments are working efficiently and delivering consistent service quality.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational excellence.

2. Guest Experience

• Maintain high guest satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and ensuring service recovery.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest journey.

3. Staff Management

• Supervise, train, and mentor departmental managers and staff.
• Schedule and allocate work to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. Financial & Resource Management

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operational costs.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper utilization of resources.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and statutory regulations.
• Oversee safety, hygiene, and maintenance protocols.

6. Coordination with Management

• Report operational performance to the General Manager.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to support revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
