Operation Manager Job Responsibility:
I need someone who can do:
1.Project Management
2.Talk to client and get the new requirement, if there is any delay in project or any issue on tech side they can talk to client and manage them.
3.I don"t need any technical experience but someone who can convince the client, who can engage the client, who can solve their query, who can build good relationship with both client and developer so that client can give us more work and developer can be more productive
4.some one who can manage company operation also, like if there is any new hiring, operation manager will go and talk to HR and make sure positions are filled on time. if there is any need in office like AC not working, electricity issue, or have to order something for office ops manager will talk to HR or office boy and make sure issues are resolved on time..If there is any problem in office or if there is any concern for any employee ops manager will help to fix that..ops manager will make sure employees are coming on time and going on time..etc..etc..
5.Work with marketing team and help them to generate leads
