This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Illithode (Ekm dist ). The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, monitoring performance metrics, purchase managing and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, streamlining processes, and managing the budget of different verticals.
-Knowledge of operations management, budgeting, and proven experience in strategic planning in Hospital Industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration or a related field
- Experience in the staffing industry or related field is a plus
