Job Description

Conduct live music sessions (vocal and/or instrumental) in common patient areas and private rooms, as appropriate. Use music and art as therapeutic tools to uplift patient morale and emotional well-being. Facilitate group singing, storytelling through music, and light participatory musical activities. Create visual or performance-based art that enhances the healing atmosphere of the hospital. Work closely with the wellness and medical teams to tailor music and art activities to individual patient needs. Organize weekly cultural or art-based events that promote patient engagement and community bonding. Maintain a respectful and compassionate demeanor with patients of all age groups and backgrounds. Ensure instruments, art supplies, and performance areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
