Hotel Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities
Maintain high service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences by handling guest complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and effectively.Supervise, train, and motivate department heads and staff to maintain efficiency, discipline, and teamwork across the property.Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.Ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, and safety protocols as per company and government regulations.Oversee upkeep of rooms, public areas, and equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and inventory management.Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to promote hotel services, packages, and events to maximize occupancy and revenue.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and ensure smooth communication between all departments.Uphold the brand’s image by maintaining property aesthetics, service excellence, and a welcoming atmosphere.Handle emergency situations efficiently and maintain staff morale, discipline, and retention.
