Operation Manager

Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. The role involves managing processes, teams, resources, and costs while ensuring company policies and customer satisfaction standards are met. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations of the organization • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures • Monitor productivity and optimize processes to improve efficiency • Manage budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives • Supervise, train, and evaluate operational staff • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, finance, HR, and logistics • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and safety standards • Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for management • Resolve operational issues and customer escalations effectively • Drive continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Competencies • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Knowledge of operations management tools and best practices • Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred Experience • 1 or 2 years of experience in operations or process management • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Operational efficiency and cost optimization • Process improvement outcomes • Team performance and retention • Customer satisfaction levels
