Operation Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Field Officers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operational activities to ensure high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of security personnel at client sites.

Ensure effective deployment and rotation of security guards and Field Officers.

Monitor guard performance and enforce discipline and compliance.

Maintain close relationships with clients and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Conduct site visits, audits, and surprise inspections regularly.

Coordinate recruitment, training, and onboarding of new security personnel.

Handle emergency situations or incidents and provide detailed incident reports.

Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Manage inventory of uniforms, ID cards, and equipment.

Support business development with operations insight and client retention strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3–5 years) in security operations or facility management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

Knowledge of security systems, technology, and best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and basic report writing.

Willingness to travel locally for site supervision.

Prior experience in a security agency preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).

Salary:

[25k TO 35k Plus Allowance]
