Job Title: Make-to-Order (MTO) Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Make-to-Order Intern to support our MTO operations. The role involves end-to-end coordination of customized and made-to-order jewelry pieces—from order receipt to final dispatch—ensuring a smooth and timely process between customers, the design team, production, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily MTO orders with the design and production teams.

Track and monitor order timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate with vendors, artisans, and the internal team for order status updates.

Maintain accurate data for each MTO order in internal tracking systems.

Assist in quality checks and ensure adherence to customer requirements.

Support in process documentation and identify areas for efficiency improvement.

Handle customer queries related to MTO order progress (if required).

Collaborate with logistics for smooth dispatch and delivery of MTO products.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Operations / Fashion Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in the jewelry or D2C/fashion industry is a plus.
