Job Title: Operational Lead - Worker Engagement (Unskilled- skilled Labor Focus) Location: Sector 11, Panchkula, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operational Lead to manage and motivate unskilled workers to effectively engage with our platform, stay active online, and fulfill online work requests. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to guide workers through the process of applying for and completing online work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work requests are fulfilled on time, and workers remain engaged and motivated to stay active on the app. Key Responsibilities: Manage Worker Engagement: Ensure that unskilled workers stay actively engaged on the platform by guiding them through the process of applying for online work opportunities. Motivate and Support Workers: Provide continuous motivation and support to workers, helping them understand the value of staying active on the app and ensuring they complete work requests in a timely manner. Monitor Worker Activity: Regularly track and monitor workers’ activity on the platform to ensure they are fulfilling work requests and remain consistent in using the app. Resolve Issues and Concerns: Act as a point of contact for workers facing challenges or issues, offering guidance and troubleshooting problems to ensure smooth participation in the work process. Ensure Timely Completion of Work Requests: Oversee the fulfillment of online work requests, ensuring that workers understand expectations and meet deadlines. Provide Training & Onboarding: Lead training sessions for new workers, explaining how to apply for work, use the app effectively, and complete tasks to meet quality and timing standards. Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for worker activity and success rates in completing work requests, reporting progress and insights to management. Foster a Positive Work Environment: Create a supportive and encouraging environment for workers, ensuring they feel valued and empowered to take on new opportunities. Operational Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to manage workflows, assign tasks, and ensure that all online work requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the worker engagement process and suggest changes to optimize performance and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an operational or leadership role, preferably in managing unskilled labor, online platforms, or workforce engagement. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide unskilled workers to remain active and engaged. Problem Solving: Ability to resolve operational challenges and worker concerns quickly and effectively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and online platforms, with the ability to train workers in utilizing these tools for job opportunities. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey instructions clearly and motivate workers effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, workers, and timelines simultaneously to ensure smooth operations. Empathy & Patience: A compassionate and patient approach to understanding worker challenges and providing practical solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Qualification - Graduation or above Languages - Hindi/Punjabi/English Experience working with unskilled or semi-skilled workers in an operational capacity.
