Operation Executive

The Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and supporting day-to-day travel and tour operations. The role involves handling bookings, vendor coordination, customer communication, and ensuring smooth execution of travel services. Freshers with an interest in the travel and tourism industry are welcome to apply, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hotel, transport, flight, and sightseeing bookings
• Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters, guides, and vendors
• Communicate with clients regarding tour details and updates
• Monitor tour operations and resolve issues during travel
• Maintain booking records and operational reports
• Support sales and customer service teams as required
• Ensure timely confirmations and service delivery

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of tourism operations (training will be provided)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
• Degree or Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality is an advantage
• Freshers can apply
• Internship or travel industry exposure is a plus
