Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be well-versed with LinkedIn and social media platforms, and have good working knowledge of MS Office tools and basic designing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily operational activities of the organization
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and task execution
• Handle communication through email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Maintain and update operational data, reports, and documentation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Create basic marketing and operational creatives using Canva
• Assist in data tracking, follow-ups, and process documentation
• Support recruitment, training, and administrative operations as required

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Hands-on experience with Canva and basic design concepts
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of operations, coordination, or administrative processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
