Position Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and delivering excellent service through phone, email, and chat channels. You will collaborate with internal teams, document feedback, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective customer support through phone, email, and chat.
Resolve queries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex or escalated issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and feedback.
