• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Familiar with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.)
  
• Ability to work under targets and timelines
  
• Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes
• Immediate Joining
